BostInno, a leading technology publication, has recognized Reggora's co-founders as two of Boston's leading innovators and entrepreneurs.
Brian Zitin and Will Denslow – Founders of Reggora
Boston University roommates turned business partners, Zitin and Denslow co-founded Reggora, a startup that provides software to speed up the appraisal process for mortgage lenders and real estate appraisers. It wasn’t their first venture. After founding a real estate brokerage called Sonder Partners their senior year, the pair realized the inefficiencies of the appraisal business and were inspired to found Reggora. So far, they’ve raised $5 million in venture funding.
“We basically went from two people graduating college in 2017 to signing national lenders on our platform that lend in all 50 states,” Zitin said. “That’s probably our biggest achievement so far.”
Reggora is driving appraisal innovation with a modern, two-sided platform for mortgage lenders and appraisal vendors. Through advanced and configurable workflows, Reggora streamlines the entire appraisal process for everyone involved, while improving the overall borrower experience. Lenders and appraisers benefit from payment processing, automatic appraisal ordering, rule-based reviews, appraisal delivery, status updates, and more, creating unprecedented operational efficiency.
