Role Overview

As a Property Data Collector, you will conduct detailed on-site property observations and collect factual property data using Reggora’s mobile technology. This role is strictly data collection and reporting — no valuation or appraisal opinions are required.

What You’ll Do

On-Site Property Inspections: Perform full interior and exterior observations of residential properties.

Collect Objective Property Data: Gather factual details about physical characteristics, features, materials, and overall condition.

Document the Property: Capture 40–60 photos, generate ANSI-compliant floor plans, verify room counts and property features.

Submit Data: Upload all information via Reggora’s mobile app.
