Operations Analyst

Reggora is looking for an Operations Analyst associate to coordinate the residential appraisal process with our independent fee appraisers on a case-by-case basis. The primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day operations and strategic strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining key clients and work directly with the appraisers to ensure adoption and targets are met. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing hundreds of high-urgency appraisal orders while maintaining exceptional service levels and regulatory compliance. The right candidate will be analytical, communicative, and personable with an ability to build strong and long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A great working relationship is number one in order to be successful, so having passion and drive for collaboration and reaching goals is a must.

What you will do: 

• Maintain a Pipeline: Oversee and coordinate a high volume of appraisal orders, ensuring consistent communication, rapid follow-up, and conflict resolution. Your ability to handle urgent priorities under pressure will directly impact client satisfaction and operational success.
• Manage a network: Manage and grow a high-quality network of independent appraisers across your region who share our values on quality and service level delivery.
• Optimize Network Performance: Identify and implement strategies to improve appraiser effectiveness in quality, turnaround time, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Use Technology: Leverage our proprietary tech tools to monitor order flow, resolve delays, and maintain speed and efficiency at scale. Provide ongoing support and training to appraisers on our systems and expectations.
• Manage the Relationship: Work closely with lender clients and internal departments to address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure a smooth, satisfactory experience for all parties involved. You’ll be the critical link in managing sensitive client relationships and protecting the company’s reputation.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are completed in full compliance with Federal and State regulations, including Appraiser Independence Requirements.

 What you bring to the team:

• Prior real estate experience preferred
• Experience or familiarity with appraisal/financial services/collateral risk management industries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a professional environment, working with internal and external clients and/or vendors
• Proven ability to drive results
• Incredible attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
