By allowing your lender to provide your mobile number, you consent (Opt-in) to receive SMS messages from Reggora related to the property data collection process part of your loan application. Consent is not a condition of loan approval or service. By opting in to Reggora's SMS program, you agree to receive important updates and communications regarding the Lender’s required property data collection process including the scheduling of property inspection(s) with a property data collector as coordinated through an authorized third party.

SMS Program Details:

  • Message Frequency — Message frequency will vary and will be in conjunction with the duration of the loan application and delivery process.
  • Perpose — The purpose of this SMS program is to provide timely updates on the initiation of the process and to coordinate the scheduling time of your property inspection.
  • Opt-Out Instructions — You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from these messages.
  • For help or additional information —Reply HELP at any time. Reggora will not be responsible for any mobile plan charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages from our service.
  • Social Media Cookies — These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources. They help us to know which pages you find the most and least popular. If you block these cookies we would not know when you have visited our site and would not be able to monitor its performance.
