Solutions Engineer 1

Reggora is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing Customer Success team and support our cloud-based real estate appraisal platform. In this role you will partner with Appraisal Management Companies during their implementation with the Reggora platform by offering technical expertise to build open API integrations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with AMCs and the Partnership team on custom integrations to ensure timely and successful implementation of the Reggora platform
  • Perform tests and troubleshoot to accurately identify, monitor, report, and resolve technical implementation issues
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams on strategic projects to drive solutions towards standardization across integrations
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure issues are handled quickly and appropriately
  • Manage multiple projects, provide timely reporting, and effectively coordinate with the Partnership team to ensure seamless internal communication and a white glove experience
  • Support the Partnership team as necessary during the onboarding process to address technical questions and issues
  • Provide ongoing support, upgrades and maintenance to our partners
  • Test and train with AMC technical staff as necessary
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve our API integrations
  • Communicate daily with our internal team and partners via email and zoom

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years programming experience in a classroom setting or 0-1 years experience in a technical support function or software QA role
  • Working knowledge of APIs
  • Proficiency with Postman
  • Ability to review code other engineers have written (Python and JavaScript), identify any problems, and communicate solutions or improvements to engineering team
  • Ability to effectively document and communicate their technical findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and contextualize new systems and workflows
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and MongoDB Compass, and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Sentry
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent technical education and experience
  • Nice To Have: Proficiency writing Python and JavaScript languages ( ideally 2+ years)
