Customer Support Representative

Reggora is seeking a Customer Support Representative to immediately join our team and provide inbound technical support to the growing list of lenders and appraisal vendors who leverage our platform. This role requires stellar technical troubleshooting and customer service skills to drive value outcomes and solve problems for our clients. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support and training to appraisers, lender users, and technical integration partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved promptly and correctly
  • Identify and champion innovations and improvements to help drive the growth of our business

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 1-2 years experience in customer support, preferably within an enterprise SaaS company or high-growth startup
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Talkdesk
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and earn the trust of customers
  • Excellent technical acumen with an eye for complex systems and integrations
  • A desire to solve problems and build relationships 
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and an urgency to consistently set and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of residential appraisal and mortgage processes a plus

Salary for positions at this level start at $55,000 and range based on years of experience, locality, and market conditions, among other factors.
